Orders and Account

How do I place an order?

Add the desired items to your cart and complete your purchase through the checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details and confirm the order. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

As long as the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can check if changes or a cancellation are possible. Please contact us immediately with your order number at support@clubeboss.com.

I provided the wrong size or address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately with the correct information. If the order hasn’t shipped, we will update it. Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Usually 5–12 business days. After shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout, including any promotional discounts.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Germany. Other EU countries may follow. Available options are displayed at checkout.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to check the status online.

I wasn’t home for delivery. What happens to my package?

The carrier will usually make another attempt or leave the package at a pickup point. Undelivered shipments may be returned to us; re-delivery may incur additional shipping costs.

My delivery is delayed. What should I do?

First, check the tracking status. In case of a significant delay, please contact us at support@clubeboss.com.

Returns and Refunds

Do I have a right of withdrawal?

Yes. Consumers have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. For details, see our Cancellation Policy.

How do I return an item?

Contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@clubeboss.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for return. You will receive instructions via email and must return the goods within 14 days of your notification.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, no later than 14 days after receiving the return or proof of shipment.

Which items are excluded from returns?

Including: personalized goods, unsealed hygiene items, digital content once accessed, and heavily used or damaged goods (unless the defect was present at delivery). See Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

The item is damaged/defective/wrong. Now what?

Please report it within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence to support@clubeboss.com. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Which payment methods are available?

Shopify Payments, credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal. Available options are shown at checkout.

Is the payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through certified providers, and data is transmitted using encryption.

Are prices displayed with VAT?

All prices include the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Where can I find the Legal Notice and T&Cs?

Our Legal Notice (Impressum) and Terms and Conditions (AGB) are available on the website at any time.

Packaging Act (VerpackG) Information

We comply with the requirements of the Packaging Act. Information on packaging return and disposal is available upon request from customer service.
