1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Clube Boss – Clube Boss, Email: support@clubeboss.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
4. Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
Return conditions:
- You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- Please return the goods in their original packaging (if still available) and with all accessories.
- Keep proof of shipment until the refund is completed.
You will receive the return address and return instructions by email after your withdrawal request to support@clubeboss.com to ensure smooth processing.
5. Compensation for Loss of Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun performance of the contract after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
7. Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, you will receive confirmation by email. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used. Depending on the payment provider, the refund may take a few business days.
